The Royal Poinciana Plaza
SCULPTED // A 55 minute workout using the fundamentals of barre but without a barre. Sculpt the thighs, glutes, arms, and core. High intensity, high sweat, low impact. Some classes will have more emphasis on certain areas than others, as classes change weekly. Ankle weights, resistance loop, and light hand weights are strongly encouraged. All participants are required to bring their own mat.
